THE AGREEMENT
MASTERWORKS International will supply the trainee with certain copyrighted materials to supplement the teachings of Dr Stone. These include videotapes, audiotapes, study guides and manuals. The trainee hereby acknowledges, accepts and agrees that these materials will not to be reproduced in any way or used as part of any training programme in Polarity Therapy other than those approved by Masterwork International.
Training Fee
The trainee hereby agrees to pay to Masterworks International the applicable training fee and thereby becomes eligible to be certified by Masterworks International once all the course requirements are met. The training fee becomes due in full on receipt of this application unless a deferred payment plan is chosen, in which case, the relevant deposit is payable.
If the trainee chooses a deferred payment plan, the trainee agrees to set up the relevant online recurring billing, three months after the receipt of the deposit payment. Masterworks International will send a re-minder before each payment becomes due. Any arrears will result in the termination of the training.
Confidentiality
The trainee hereby agrees not to disclose in any form whatsoever and to keep confidential any and all information pertaining to fellow trainees or tutors disclosed through email, telephone calls and the student electronic bulletin board and all information pertaining to the trainee’s clients.
