Tai Chi Ruler
Our new Tai Chi Ruler DVD is selling well and we have had great reviews of it. It really does improve your energy flow especially to the hands which makes it a wonderful tool for energy bodyworkers as well as martial artists.
We have been teaching this set of exercises in our Tai Chi classes for many years and people really like them. Although it is called Tai Chi Ruler it can be practised with or without a wooden ruler to great effect.
