First, if you're interested in Huna you might try to read every book you can. You should never spend less on your self-improvement library than you do on your wardrobe.

Pila's book is actually pretty good reading. His "Chakra/Island" theory with meditation is worth the cost of the book.

I don’t remember it having much (if any) practical how-to stuff, but it was good food-for-thought.

Plus, I’ve found Pila to be a pretty nice guy.

Remember we’ve found over 2600 versions of “huna” on the islands alone, so why limit yourself to just one?
