"YES Kava is still illegal here, it was all confiscated at WORLD EXPO 2000 in Hannover, only a small portion for ceremonies
left, but not allowed to give visitors to taste. Kava is classified as medication and is avaialbel nyl via pharmaceutic biz as
capsules in pharmacies.

`awa in capsules is of almost no value. And not at all useful for religious ceremonial purposes.
As far as taste goes, I imagine it is an acquired taste, I say "I imagine" because I certainly haven't acquired a taste for it yet.
It tastes a lot like day old, cold black coffee, which has had a handful of dirt thrown in it, and a large amount of Novacaine.
So, if I went to Gemany, and Customs found I had some `awa, would I be arrested and thrown into jail or prison? If I were to attempt to put on an `awa cermonial for a Huna group, I could be arrested?
