The book diffentiates Hawaiian sources and Max Freedom Long's Huna and gives a introduction to this powerful life-changing and enhancing discipline. The author has been a practitioner of Huna for 20 years and has studied with a variety of teachers, both Hawaiian and non-Hawaiian.
