I am fairly new to Huna. I have several books on Huna including the basic ones from Max Freedom Long,as well as those by John Bainbridge, William Glover, and Enid Hoffman. Are there any books by authors not listed here that you would recommend? I am primarily interested in "how to" books. Also, in a couple of the books I have there is mention of the energy (mana) accumulation exercises that were taught by Dr. Oscar Brunler and a Baron Fersen. These exercises are also promoted by John La Tourette. My question is, are there any books about these gentlemen that might include the information about these exercises?
Any information would be appreciated.
