I think I've always had this.
On regular occasions I can be walking down the
street in the city and suddenly look up 10 floors
or so to someone's balcony and actually see them
staring at me. I can also "tell" strangers to
look at me in crowded buses and rooms. I thought
everyone could do this to a certain extent, but
I've never really talked with anyone about it.
